Mouriki family has been producing pure, traditional varieties of honey for 60 years, collected from the best areas of Greek nature. Our father Anastasios made the beginning in the early 1960s . Τhe tradition in nomadic beekeeping is continued by the children Panagiotis & Maria from very early age with respect for the bee and the consumer, love of nature, know-how and many years of experience, always looking for the best areas to move the large population of their bees, where today it numbers over 2,500 bees. The headquarters of our beekeeping company is the village Stefani Dervenochorion inVoiotia in a new extra contemporary private production unit , which complies with all existing legislation requirements with the ultimate aim of the best quality of the final product .
After years of experience we transfer our beehives to flowering mountains, forests and fields away from any human intervention.
Thasos Island , Halkidiki, Central Greece, Evritania and Messinia where our apiary overwinters are just a few of the areas where we move our beehives so that we can produce the best quality of Greek honey. Recently a new apiary was created on Kimolos island, in order to produce island honey from the Cyclades so that the consumer can choose between many, different and excellent varieties of honey, the one that suits his taste .
Inspired by the diligence of the bees, with effort and passion, we put our own stone in the Greek Beekeeping.
We have already entered a new era, with new, innovative, pioneering and modern packaging but always with the same pure, traditional varieties of honey just as they come out of our beehives.
We verticalize our production, we package our products according to the Greek and international quality assurance standards and we give the products of Mouriki Greek Premium Honey a special place in both the Greek and the international market.
